— Protocol Stacks —

Structured protocols
for disciplined biological research.

AXIONOVA stacks organize Research Use Only compounds, SENSE wellness context, AXIS event records, adherence, labs, symptoms, and practitioner review into governed protocol structures.

A stack is not a bundle. It is a structured protocol model that connects biological intent, compound records, timing, observation windows, data confidence, and review rules. ALETHA uses the stack record to organize what should be observed, when it should be observed, and what remains outside the claim boundary.

ALETHRA

AXIONOVA uses two distinct intelligence layers. ALETHRA is the active governance layer behind identity, verification, authorization, protocol compliance, chain-of-custody, cartridge records, and device event logs across compounds, AXIS, SENSE, and partner access. ALETHA is the active AXIONOVA AI agent for coaching, protocol personalization, diet programming, guided education, practitioner support, and 24/7 user assistance. Governance and intelligence operate together. ALETHRA governs the system. ALETHA guides the experience.

Stack Anatomy

Six layers per stack.
Every layer is reviewable.

Each AXIONOVA stack is constructed from six governed layers. Together they give practitioners a precise way to evaluate intent, evidence, timing, observation, human input, and review boundaries — without collapsing those distinctions into a single claim.

Biological Intent
The system objective, such as recovery support, sleep architecture context, metabolic environment, or immune wellness observation.
Compound Record
Research Use Only compound selections, lot identity where available, timing, route, adherence, and professional constraints.
AXIS Event Context
Delivery event records, cartridge identity, calibration state, and timing windows when AXIS is involved.
SENSE Observation Window
Ring HRV trend, sleep context, temperature deviation, motion, Bracelet EDA, MAX30009 BioZ body-context trend, and signal confidence.
Human Inputs
Symptoms, subjective recovery, nutrition adherence, training load, sleep schedule, and practitioner notes.
Review Rules
Escalation flags, low-confidence windows, validation status, and Research Use Only boundaries.
— Example Stack Framing —

Stacks are read in context,
not interpreted as proof.

The platform observes the environment around a stack. ALETHA does not infer biological mechanism from a wearable trend. It frames what the surrounding data appears to show and routes that framing for practitioner review.

Recovery Stack

BPC-157 · TB-500 · Recovery Context

A recovery stack can include BPC-157 and TB-500 research records, but SENSE does not prove tissue repair. The platform observes recovery context: sleep continuity, HRV trend, resting heart rate, temperature deviation, activity strain, symptom logs, and protocol timing. ALETHA can identify whether the observed environment appears more recovered, strained, inconsistent, or low confidence, then route that context for review.

Metabolic Stack

Nutrition · Activity · BioZ Context

A metabolic stack can include nutrition, activity, protocol records, labs, CGM imports if present, and Bracelet BioZ body-context trends. ALETHA does not use SENSE as a glucose device. It uses governed context to support research review and better documentation.

Build the protocol
from the stack outward.

Start with a defined biological objective, review the stack layers, confirm compound records, and proceed through practitioner access. AXIONOVA stacks are built for structured research review, not consumer self-selection.
